At The Home Care Company, valuable cost-savings are offered through our unique business model. Each client has their own Care Manager who helps ensure safety, comfort and client satisfaction. Representatives are available (7) days a week to respond to questions or implement changes in service.
Our hiring practices are very selective because making the right match is important. As a state-licensed agency, it is required that all of our Care Providers are certified, bonded and insured (including Worker’s Compensation). Additionally, all employees are registered with the Washington State Department of Health. These quality assurance measures allow us to provide excellent care to our clients with no added liability.
